Lola's Gypsy Caravan, on the corner of 11th and Peoria, offers a unique dining experience for Tulsans.

Tulsa native, Lola Palazzo, opened the food truck in May, 2012 after vacationing on the East Coast. She said that she loved the community atmosphere offered by food trucks and thought it would be a fun idea to start at home.

The location on historic Route 66 “was just kind of a happy accident!” said Palazzo. The Mexican-based menu is a hit among many locals. This is a must-see stop on Tulsa’s stretch of Route 66.
